If you are looking to have ATVs and outdoor fun on public lands this property is less and mile from Pike National Forest roads and access. There are miles of forest roads that eventually connect to Tarryall Reservoir east of the property 25 minutes. Head further south on Elkhorn road you'll be 40 minutes to Spinney Mountain Reservoir and 11 Mile Reservoir.
It’s part of the Buffalo community that has access year round to spring for water, and private fishing pond. HOA is on $25 a year and taxes are only approximately $500 a year.
